These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the f999 platform and all its services. f999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting and various other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and f999.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, the user confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If a user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they should not use f999.

2.1 Registration Process

To become a member of f999, a valid account must be created. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Registering with false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any funds held.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts — using the same name, address, email, mobile number or payment method — all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited. This restriction is necessary to maintain a fair playing environment.

2.3 Identity Verification

f999 may at any time request documents needed to verify a user's identity. A national identity card or other government-issued identity document may be required. f999 has the right to hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at registration.
• To change account details, the support team must be contacted.
• The registered payment method and account name must match.

All services on f999 are available only to persons aged 21 or above. If a minor creates an account or uses the platform, their account will be cancelled immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

The following persons are not eligible to use f999:

• Those who are under 21 years of age.
• Those who have previously been banned from f999.
• Those who are employees of f999 or their close relatives.
• Those who have enrolled in a self-exclusion program.

4.1 Password Confidentiality

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone. If someone else gains access to the account using this information, the user will be held responsible for all activity carried out.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the f999 support team must be notified immediately. If not reported promptly, the user will be liable for any resulting loss. f999 will not bear any responsibility in such cases.

4.3 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring or allowing another person to use an account is strictly prohibited. If discovered, all associated accounts will be cancelled immediately.

5.1 Payment Methods

bKash, Nagad and Rocket are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on f999. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is pending or if an account review is in progress. Withdrawals will only be sent to the registered payment account.

5.3 Transaction Accuracy

It is the user's responsibility to provide the correct account number when making a deposit or withdrawal. f999 will not be liable for any funds lost due to incorrect information. Any transaction-related issues must be reported to the support team promptly.

• Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.
• The correct amount must be stated in the withdrawal request.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until bonus wagering requirements are met.
• f999 has the right to hold suspicious transactions for review.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of f999 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times — meaning ৳15,000 in wagering must be completed for a ৳1,000 bonus.

6.2 Bonus Usage Terms

There are some important points to know about bonuses:

• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn without completing the bonus wagering requirement.
• If a withdrawal is made before wagering is complete, the bonus balance will be deducted and the remaining amount will be paid.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If fraud in bonus activity is found, all bonuses and funds earned from bonuses will be forfeited.

6.3 Promotional Changes

f999 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion, offer or bonus without prior notice. For existing eligible bonuses, the terms in place before the change will apply.

7.1 Game Results

All games on f999 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps results completely random and unpredictable. No prior guarantee is given on game outcomes and past results do not guarantee future ones.

7.2 Betting Rules

Specific betting rules apply to sports betting and casino games. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. f999 reserves the right to void a bet if an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error.

7.3 Bet Cancellation Conditions

f999 may cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted at an unscheduled time due to a technical issue or server error.
• If clearly incorrect odds or payout rates are displayed.
• If there is a legitimate dispute over the result of a match or event.
• If a user is found to have placed a bet by knowingly exploiting a system vulnerability.

f999's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is paid as a set percentage of the total net loss for that week. Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. VIP tier changes are determined based on gaming activity and contribution to the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f999 platform:

• Conducting any form of cheating, fraud or deceptive activity.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to bet or play games.
• Bonus Abuse — that is, creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonus benefits.
• Using f999 for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system.
• Disturbing, harassing or threatening other users.
• Impersonating f999 staff.

Involvement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and legal action if necessary.

10.1 Closure by f999

If evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraud or suspicious activity is found, f999 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. This decision is final and appeal options are limited.

10.2 Closure by the User

A user may choose to close their own account. In that case, the support team must be contacted. Any pending withdrawal requests must be settled before the account is closed, and if bonus wagering has not been completed, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

The f999 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. f999 does not bear liability for the following:

• If a game is interrupted or a bet is cancelled due to an internet connection issue.
• Loss caused by the user's own device or software issues.

• Unforeseen technical errors or force majeure circumstances.
• Any loss resulting from the user's own negligence or deliberate misconduct.

f999 makes every effort to keep the service running 24/7, but the service may be briefly interrupted due to maintenance or unforeseen reasons.

All content on the f999 platform — design, logos, text, graphics, software code and databases — is the intellectual property of f999. No user may copy, redistribute or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior permission.

The intellectual property rights for game software and content belong to the respective game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.). The rules for using these materials are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective developer.
